Return Policy

Flower Arrangements / Bouquets: No returns or changes to products containing fresh flowers. Plants: Returns are accepted within the day of purchase and only after consultation with the store. Juiced / Dried products: Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase and only after consultation with the store. Products returned to the store must be in the same condition as purchased. In case of damage or differentiation of the product from its original condition, returns will not be accepted. Refund: Refunds on defective products or incorrect order execution are made only after consultation with the store on the same day of purchase.
